What we do

Certified Payroll Reports prepares and checks certified payroll documents for small construction subcontractors. Working from the timesheets and payroll records you provide, we build the weekly pack for your project — the federal WH-347 and/or the state filing your job requires — and check each worker's hours, classification, rate and fringe against the wage determination that applies to the job. Discrepancies are returned to you in a written flags list.

What we do not do

Your part

Our checking is only as good as the source records. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the timesheets and payroll data you send, for reviewing every pack and flag before you sign, and for your filing deadlines. If a wage determination or portal requirement changes mid-project, tell us — we work from the determination you confirm for the job.

The $199 pilot

The pilot covers one project and up to four consecutive weekly packs, for a flat US$199. There is no setup fee and no obligation to continue. Sending the website form is not a purchase and charges nothing: we first confirm the project fits, in writing, before any payment is arranged. If a project turns out not to fit, we say so plainly rather than take the fee.

Turnaround

When a week's records reach us by your usual payroll day, our aim — and our normal practice — is to return the checked pack before your filing deadline. The pilot runs at the same pace as the continuing service so you can judge it fairly.

Liability

We stand behind our checking work: if an error in a pack we prepared causes a filing to be rejected, we correct and re-issue the pack at no charge. Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
