For small public-works subcontractors
Certified payroll, checked line by line before you sign it.
You already have the hard part done — the week's timesheets. Send them once and we build the pack: the WH-347, the state filing your job needs, and a short list of anything that would get it rejected or quietly underpay your crew.

How it works
Three steps, and only the first and last are yours.
Send the week
Start with the form below, then send the timesheet or payroll export you already have — spreadsheet, PDF, or a photo of the paper sheet. Rough is fine; that's the point.
We build & check the pack
Every worker's hours, classification, rate and fringe are checked against the wage determination for your job. Anything off is flagged with the dollar amount, not buried.
You sign & file
The pack comes back ready — WH-347 for the prime, the state file, and the flags list. Your certifying official signs it and files it.
One project, up to four weekly packs — the full service on a real project of yours. We earn the monthly work only if the packs save you the Monday-night scramble. No setup fee. No contract. Prices in US dollars.
Start the pilotWhat the checking catches. In a sample week we use to show the work — a fictional 8-person crew on two public jobs — the check found $828.40 in one week: a worker paid under the prevailing rate, one paid as a laborer while running conduit three days, and one man's fringe never paid at all. None of it was in the totals the office had already run. It's a demonstration with invented names — and exactly the kind of thing that holds up a progress payment when the prime's reviewer finds it first. See the full sample pack
Who this is for
Small subcontractors — roughly 5 to 25 on payroll — running recurring public-works jobs, where the owner or the office manager is the one re-typing payroll into a form or a portal every Monday or Tuesday. If you already have a payroll person who loves this, you don't need us. If it's you, at night, we probably should talk.

Send the form and we'll reply within one business day with what we need for your first week. What you send is used to reply and to run your pilot — nothing else. See our Privacy Policy.
Straight answers
Do you sign the Statement of Compliance for us?
No — and be careful with anyone who offers to. That signature certifies your crew was paid correctly for work actually performed, and it carries personal legal weight. It belongs to whoever pays or supervises payment at your company. We prepare and check everything under it; your person signs.
What formats do you produce?
Whatever shape your job takes — the federal form, your state's system, or your prime's portal. Matching formats is half the service; tell us yours in the form and we'll confirm it before the pilot starts.
We only run public works some months. Is monthly pricing forced on us?
No. The pilot is flat. If you continue after it, we set the arrangement to match how your work actually runs — shops with gaps in public-works work shouldn't pay for quiet months.
What do you need from our payroll system?
Whatever you already export — QuickBooks, a spreadsheet, even the paper timesheet photographed. Part of the setup is mapping your export once so the weekly send takes you about a minute.
How fast is a pack turned around?
Send the week by your usual payroll day and the checked pack is back before your filing deadline. The pilot runs at the same pace as the monthly service — that's what you're testing.
How do you handle our payroll data?
It's used to build your packs and nothing else — never sold, never shared, never used for anyone else's work. The Privacy Policy spells out what we collect, who processes it, and how to have it deleted.
